NorthWestSafe Youth Project

NorthWestSafe Youth Project (NWSYP) is a comprehensive early intervention program designed to build strength, resilience and inclusion of young people.

Our specialist youth workers use trauma informed, strength-based practices to identify goals and needs and support the young person, address offending behaviour, marginalisation and barriers.

Working alongside the young person for a period of 6-9 months.

Eligibility
– 12-24 years
– Connection to Brimbank, Wyndham, Melton or Hume
– Involvement of some form with Criminal Justice system

In connection with Melton Council, Victoria University
Polytechnic Skills and Job Centre.
