North West Youth Learning Pathways Referral Form

Youth Learning Pathways was developed as a second-order response to work in conjunction with the Department of Justice and Community Safety funded Crime Prevention Programs to address an emerging issue of increased criminal activity within young people concentrated in several Melbourne locations including the North West region. Youth Learning Pathways will run for two years and is focussed on integrating frontline crime prevention services with relevant education and training programs and, providing necessary support services in order for young people already engaged in the criminal justice system, or identified as being at ‘high risk’ of engaging in criminal behaviour, to participate and succeed in education and training as a tailored pathway to employment. The Project mainly but not exclusively targets young people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds.
